English Audio Repair grew out of a straightforward observation: churches that depend on electronic organs and keyboards for worship have almost nowhere to turn when something fails. General music stores do not specialize in them. Instrument manufacturers are often slow to dispatch technicians. Mail-in services ask you to ship something that weighs hundreds of pounds.
The solution we built is simple — come to the church. Diagnose the instrument in the space where it actually works, with the acoustics, the wiring, and the context that a bench test can never replicate. Repair what needs repairing, verify it works the way your musicians expect, and leave the congregation's music intact.
We have worked with instruments ranging from vintage transistor organs that have been in continuous use for decades to modern Allen and Rodgers digital consoles with DSP-based sound generation. The technology changes; the commitment to making sure the music plays on Sunday does not.

We explain our diagnosis in plain terms, give honest assessments, and do not recommend work that is not necessary.
When a repair is straightforward, we say so. When an instrument has reached the end of its serviceable life, we say that too. Churches deserve honest counsel, not unnecessary repair bills.
