How a service visit works
You describe the problem
Through our contact form or by phone, tell us what is happening with your instrument: the make and model if you have it, what is failing, how long it has been an issue, and whether you have an upcoming service that creates urgency. The more detail you can provide, the more prepared we can be.
We schedule and confirm
We respond to service requests and work with your schedule to find a time that suits your church's calendar. We confirm the appointment in advance and let you know what to expect in terms of access to the instrument and approximate visit duration.
On-site diagnosis
We arrive at your church, assess the instrument in the room where it lives, and run a systematic diagnosis. Working in-context means we can play the instrument at service volume, listen for the problem the way your organist experiences it, and identify causes that would be invisible on a bench.
Repair and verification
Most repairs are completed during the same visit. We verify the fix before we leave: playing through registers, testing all keys and controls, and confirming with you that the instrument is performing as expected. If a part must be ordered, we give you a clear timeline and follow up when it arrives.
