Audio System Service
A failing PA system affects every voice and instrument in a service, not just the organ. We assess and repair church sound systems in context — measuring levels, identifying interference, and tracing signal path problems while standing in the space where your congregation sits.

Tuning and Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance visits reduce the likelihood of a service-day failure and extend the working life of instruments that may be difficult or expensive to replace. During a maintenance visit we clean, inspect, test, and adjust — catching developing issues before they become failures.

How quickly can you respond to an urgent repair before a Sunday service?
We understand that a failing organ on a Thursday or Friday is an emergency. When you request service and describe the urgency, we prioritize scheduling accordingly. Response times depend on current workload and your location — contact us directly so we can give you an honest answer for your situation.
Do you carry replacement parts, or will there be a wait for components?
We maintain a stock of common replacement components — keys, contact boards, capacitors, fuses, amplifier components, and similar parts for frequently serviced instruments. Less common parts may need to be ordered, in which case we will be clear about lead times before we begin work.
What brands of electronic organs do you service?
We service Allen, Rodgers, Hammond, Viscount, Content, Johannus, and most other digital and electronic organ brands found in US churches. If your organ is not listed, contact us — the underlying technology in most electronic organs is similar enough that we can usually help.
Can you service an instrument that is still under warranty?
We recommend checking your warranty terms before scheduling any non-manufacturer service, as third-party repair can sometimes affect coverage. If the instrument is out of warranty or the manufacturer cannot provide timely on-site service, we are happy to help.
What information should I have ready when I contact you?
The more you can tell us about the instrument (make, model, approximate age) and the problem (what is failing, when it started, whether it is intermittent or constant), the better we can prepare for the visit. A brief description of urgency — whether you have a service this weekend — is also useful.
